Creekside Coach Park isn't just a place to park your RV; it's the culmination of a family's vision and a deep love for this beautiful land.  A few years ago, we – Caruthers family – purchased the property with dreams of creating a resort around the charming Creekside House.  While that vision evolved, our passion for the property and its potential remained strong.

We soon realized the unique beauty of this spot along the pristine Sulphur Creek in Lampasas. The crystal-clear water, the tranquil surroundings, and the peaceful seclusion offered something truly special.  My mom, Leah, recognized the opportunity to share this haven with others.  She began by lovingly restoring the Creekside House and crafting a few unique, themed Airbnbs.  These quickly became local favorites, hosting everything from prom celebrations to family reunions, proving just how perfect this space was for gatherings.

Inspired by the growing popularity of the property, the vision expanded.  We saw the need for a truly exceptional RV park – one that offered more than just a place to park.  And so, Creekside Coach Park was born!  We're thrilled to offer amenities unlike anything else in Lampasas or the surrounding area.  From primitive campsites for the adventurous to horse stalls for equestrians, we've created a retreat for all types of travelers.  We even have a soon-to-be-opened petting zoo with donkeys and goats!

We're so excited to open our doors and welcome you to our little slice of paradise.  We're a family-run business, and while we're a little nervous (this is our first time running an RV park of this size!), we're also a strong team. We've got each other's backs and we're confident that together, we can make this a success.

One of the things that makes Creekside Coach Park so special is its peaceful setting.  Unlike other RV parks near busy highways, we're tucked away in the quiet countryside.  There's no highway noise, no dust, and no crowds.  Surrounded by private land, you'll feel a sense of exclusivity and tranquility that's hard to find anywhere else.  We want our guests to feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home during their stay.
